Delete your QR Code Pro account
You can delete your account yourself, here or in the QR Code Pro Android app under Account → Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your account details: name, email address, phone number and password
- All your QR codes, their designs and landing pages. Printed codes stop working.
- All scan analytics for your codes
- Print Studio designs, Quote & Invoice Studio documents and files you uploaded
Any PayFast subscription is cancelled first, so you are not charged again. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records are kept for 7 years because South African tax law requires it. They are not used for anything else. See our Privacy Policy.
Can't sign in? Email admin@allsortswebdesigners.co.za from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
